摘要
目的:应用640层CT运动成像探讨类风湿性关节炎腕关节的运动功能与血清类风湿因子水平的相关性。方法:选择类风湿性关节炎累及双侧腕关节患者20例,对双侧腕关节进行640层CT运动成像,选取腕关节尺桡侧方向的活动度(尺侧偏转度、桡侧偏转度、尺桡侧活动度)为测量对象,同时检测血清类风湿因子水平。分别分析两组数据的相关性。结果:尺侧偏转度与血清类风湿因子相关性检验结果为:r=-0.371,P=0.019;桡侧偏转度与血清类风湿因子相关性检验结果为:r=-0.508,P=0.001;尺桡侧活动度与血清类风湿因子相关性检验结果为:r=-0.439,P=0.005。结论:类风湿性关节炎患者腕关节运动功能与血清类风湿因子水平呈负相关,640层CT运动成像方式可方便、直观地显示其运动功能。
Objective: Purpose To discuss the correlation of wrist motor function and rheumatoid factor levels by dynamic imaging of 640 -slice CT. Methods:20 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were scaned with dynamic imsging on bilateral wrist by 640 -slice CT. The activity of the radial - ulnar side of the wrist( Ulnar side deflection, Radial side deflection, Radioulnar side activity) were meas- ured and the serum rheumatoid factor levels were examed. The correlation were analysed respectively. Results: The relationship of ulnar deflection with serum rheumatoid factor was: r = - 0. 371, P = 0. 019; radial deflection with serum rheumatoid factor was: r = - 0. 508, P = 0.001 ; ulnar deflection and with serum rheumatoid factor was: r = - 0.439, P = 0.005. Conclusion: There was negative corre- lation between the wrist motor function with serum rheumatoid factor levels. The dynamic imaging of 640 - slice CT can easily and in- tuitively show the motor function of joints.
