幼儿人工晶体眼视觉发育探讨及人工晶体度数的选择

探讨幼儿植入人工晶体后视觉发育的特点以及选择合理的人工晶体度数的依据。方法 :随访在 1993～ 1996年于我院施行白内障人工晶体手术的儿童患者 6 8例 89眼 ,手术时年龄分为两组 :A组 2～ 5岁 35例 5 1眼 ,B组 6～ 14岁 33例 38眼 ,观察随访期 3～ 6年患者的眼轴长度和验光屈光度变化。结果 :A组平均眼轴长度变化为 3.0 9± 1.91mm,平均屈光度变化为 4.13±2 .91D,B组眼轴长度平均变化为 0 .83± 0 .77mm,平均屈光度变化为 2 .0 8± 1.37D。结论 :儿童人工晶体眼仍存在视觉发育的近视化趋向 。

Purpose:To evaluate the refractive growth in pediatric pseudophakic eyes and choice of lens.Methods:This retrospective study evaluated the refractive development in 89 pseudophakic eyes of 68 patients who had surgery between 1993～1996.The children were divided into two groups on age at time of IOL implantation.Results:in Group A(age 2～5Y)51eyes of 34 cases,the mean growth in axial length was 3 09±1 91mm and the mean change in refraction was 4 13±2 91D.In Group B(6～12Y),the respective means were 0 83±0 77mm and 2 08±1 37D.Conclusions:Myopic shift still exits in pediatric pseudophakic eyes.The younger the child at time of implantation,the more being undercorrected is advised.
