Effect of TGF β_1 on immune rejection of corneal epithelium

为研究 TGF- β1 对角膜上皮所致的外周淋巴细胞亚群 CD4及 CD8活化的影响。我们采用 CD4、CD8免疫荧光标记及流式细胞仪检测技术 ,对 BAL B/ c小鼠角膜上皮移植术后 12 d的外周血中 CD4+ 、 CD8+ 的表达进行分析。结果发现 BAL B/ c小鼠角膜上皮移植术后 12 d的外周血中 CD4+ 、 CD8+ 的表达均有显著升高 ;术后经 TGF-β1 治疗 ,CD4+ 、 CD8+ 以及 CD4+ / CD8+ 明显受到抑制。结论 :TGF-β1 可抑制特异性抗原介导的 。

In order to study the effect of TGF β 1 on change of CD 4 + and CD 8 + T cell population induced by corneal epithelium transplantation.The expression of CD 4 + and CD 8 + in peripheral T cells of BALB/c mice was identified at the 12 days after corneal epithelium transplantation by using indirect immune fluorescence flow cytometry analysis system.The results showed that the expression of CD 4 + and CD 8 + in peripheral T cells of BALB/c mice was significantly increased at 12 days after corneal epithelium transplantation.However,the expression of CD 4 +,CD 8 + and CD 4 +/CD 8 + was significantly decrease while TGF β 1 was added after the surgery.Conclusion:TGF β 1 can significantly inhibit the specific immune rejection mediated both by graft and nonspecific inflammatoy infiltration.
