用自体足底皮代替睑板行眼睑再造的初步报告

The report of eyelid reconstruction replacing tarsus with plantar dermis

目的 :探讨用自体足底皮代替睑板行眼睑再造术的效果。方法 :对 11例 (11眼眼睑 )由于切除肿瘤和外伤造成眼睑缺损病例施行手术。其中上睑 9例 ,下睑 2例。眼睑完全缺损 6例 ,2 / 3缺损 3例 ,1/ 2缺损 2例。年龄 2 4～ 80岁 ,平均 5 8.6岁。用自体足底皮代替睑板行眼睑再造。结果 :追踪观察 6～ 42个月 ,治愈 9例 ,好转 2例 ,无明显并发症。结论 :自体足底皮取材简便 ,易于成形 ,经济实用 。

Objective:To study the effect of eyelid reconstruction replacing tarsus with plantar dermis.Methods:Operations of eyelid reconstrution have been performed,in 11 cases(11 eye)with eyelid defect.There were history of tumor or trouma in all cases including 9 cases in upper eyelid,2 in lower eyelids.There were total defect in 6 eyelids including 3 eyelids of two third defect,2 eyelids of one second.The ages of the patients ranged from 24 to 80 years old(mean58 6).Results:The post operative follow up periods ranged from 6 to 42 months.9 cases were cured,and 2 cases were improved and no severe complications.Conclusion:Plantar dermis of autograft is a kind of good material superseding tarsus because of its easiness and utility.
