摘要
目的 研究幽门螺杆菌 L 型 (H p- L 型 )和 HPV16、18感染与人食管癌的关系 ,探讨 H p- L 型致癌机制。方法 应用革兰染色和免疫组化染色技术 ,对 112例食管鳞癌和 30例对照组进行 H p- L型和 HPV16、18同步检测。结果 革兰染色 L型检出率 (6 7.9% )与对照组 (2 6 .7% )有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;与免疫组化 H p- L型抗原检出阳性率 (6 5 .2 % )无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 )。H p- L型检出阳性率为 6 1.6 % (6 9/ 112 )。HPV 16、18表达阳性率为 6 9.6 % ,与 H p- L型检出阳性率无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 ) ;H p- L 型和 HPV16、18同时阳性者占 5 9.8% (6 7/ 112 )结论 H p- L 型和 HPV16、18感染与食管癌发生相关。H p-
Aim\ To study the association of Helicobacter pylori L-form(Hp-L) infection and HPV16、18 infection and human esophageal carcinoma (EC).To study the role of Hp-L in EC.Methods:Gram's staining and immunohistochemical techniques was used to detect the Hp-L in fection and the expression of HPV16、18 protein in 112 cases of EC with 30 normal esophageal squamous epithelial.Results\ The positivity rate of the infection of bacterial L-form(67.9%)in cancer group were significantly higher than that in normal group(26.7%)with Gram's staining (P<0.05).The antigen of Hp-L in 65.2% cases was detected by immunohistochemical technique.The results showed no differences in both stainiing methods (P>0.05).The positivity rate of the Hp-L infection was 61.6%(69/112) in 112 EC.The expression of HPV16、18 were significantly higher in cancer group than that in normal group (P<0.05).The positive obtained in both detecting (Hp-L positive detecting and HPV16、18 positive expressing) were 59.8% (67/112) in cancer group.Conclusion\ Hp-L infection and HPV16、18 infection was closely related with EC.Hp-L infection may be one of the biological factor leading to the EC except virus.
