新疆健康人群血清尿酸与肾小球滤过率水平相关性研究 被引量:1

Relationship between serum uric acid and glomerular filtration in Xinjiang healthy population

摘要 目的探讨新疆健康体检人群尿酸水平与肾小球滤过率的相关性。方法采用整群抽样方法对2008年1—12月克拉玛依市社区健康体检者6 532例(A组)及在新疆医科大学第一附属医院体检健康者1 579例(B组)人群进行问卷调查与血生化项目检测,计算估算肾小球滤过率(estimated glomerular filtration rate,eGFR),采用多重线性回归分析eGFR的独立影响因素。结果在男性群体和年龄<45岁女性群体中血清尿酸水平为eGFR下降的独立危险因素;A组年龄≥45岁女性群体中年龄为eGFR下降的独立危险因素;B组男性群体中腰臀比和血清尿酸水平为eGFR下降的危险因素;B组女性群体中血清尿酸水平为eGFR下降的独立危险因素,而少数民族是eGFR的保护因素。结论新疆健康人群血清尿酸水平在各年龄阶段的男性人群和年龄<45岁女性人群中是eGFR下降的危险因素。 Objective To explore the relationship between serum uric acid (UA) and glomerular filtration in Xinjiang physical examination subjects. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select 6 532 physical examination subjects from the community in Karamay City (group A), and 1 579 physical examination subjects from the First Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University (group B) from January to December, 2008. All subjects were surveyed with questionnaire and their serum biochemical indexes were detected. The renal function was evaluated with estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). The independent factor of eGFR was analyzed with multiple linear regression. Results The UA level was the independent risk factor for the decline of eGFR in females under the age of 45 years and males. In group A, age was an independent risk factor for the decline of eGFR in females aged 45 years or older. In group B, waist to hip ratio and UA level were the risk factors for the decline of eGFR in males. In group B, the UA level was the independent risk factor for the decline of eGFR in females, and minority ethnic was the protective factor. Conclusion UA level is the risk factor for the decline of eGFR in males with different ages and females under the age of 45 years in Xinjiang healthy population.
