Expressions of Bag-1 and Bcl-2 in hepatocellular carcinoma and their significance

摘要 目的探讨Bag-1及Bcl-2在肝癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Bag-1及Bcl-2在60例行肝脏部分切除的肝癌组织、30例癌旁肝组织与14例正常肝组织的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理间关系。结果肝癌组织中Bag-1及Bcl-2阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织与正常肝组织(P<0.05);肝癌组织中Bag-1及Bcl-2的表达在肝癌分期、有无淋巴结转移、有无癌栓形成、有无包膜形成上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Bag-1及Bcl-2阳性表达者1a和2a生存率及生存时间低于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。结论 Bag-1及Bcl-2与肝癌生物学特性密切相关,可作为评估肝癌患者预后指标。 Objective To evaluate the expressions of Bag 1 and Bcl 2 in hepatocellular carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods Sixty cases of tumor tissues, 30 cases of tumor adjacent tissues and 14 cases of normal liver tissues were detected the expressions of Bag-1 and Bcl-2 with immunohistochemistry, and the pathological features were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Bag-1 and Bcl-2 were higher in hepatoeellular carcinoma than those in tumor adjacent tissues and normal liver tissues (P^0.05). There were significant differences in the expressions of Bag-1 and Bcl-2 among the liver cancer stages, lymph node metastasis, tumor thromhus, and envelope formation (P〈0.05). The one-year and two-year survival rates and survival time were lower in the patients with positive Bag-1 and Bcl-2 expressions than those in the patients with negative ones (P〈0.05). Conclusion Bag-1 and Bcl-2 are closely correlated with clinicopathological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma and may serve as prognostic factors for hepatocellular carcinoma.
