高职院校兼职教师队伍建设研究

兼职教师在高职院校师资队伍结构中已经成为重要的组成部分,也是发展高职教育的重要力量。本文首先对兼职教师的内涵进行了界定,并分析了高职院校聘请兼职教师的必要性。但是,目前的高职院校兼职教师管理中仍存在一定的问题,本文总结分析了兼职教师目前存在的主要问题,并结合学院对兼职教师的管理现状,提出了相应的管理策略。

This paper firstly gives the definition of part - time teachers in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the necessity to employ part -time teachers. However, there are still some problems on the current vocational college teachers management. This paper summarizes and analyzes the main existing problems of part - time teachers. Considering the current situation of part - time teachers, the paper also puts forward the corresponding management strategy.
