摘要
共情作为一种重要的能力对高职思政课教师尤为关键,它渗透于高职思政课教学的全过程:教学设计要以共情为切入点,选取教学内容要以共情为着力点,组织教学实施要以共情为支撑点,进行教学评价要以共情为关注点。
Empathy as an important capability, is critical for teachers in higher vocational Political course teaching, it permeates the whole process of ideological and political courses in higher vocational teaching: teaching design to empathy as an entry point, select teaching contents to empathy for point of strength, organize the implementation of teaching to empathy for strong point, carry on the teaching evaluation in empathy for concerns
