利用纳米分子团簇作为催化剂前驱体在石英基底上取向生长直径可控的单壁碳纳米管阵列

摘要 由于单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)具有优异的电子学性质,一直被看作是下一代纳电子器件的首选材料[1].对于碳纳米管的生长机理,大家比较公认的是VLS(vapor-liquid-solid)机理.单壁碳纳米管的结构控制还是一个很大的挑战,对其直径的控制是第一步.
