胰腺癌伴发液化性脂膜炎1例

A case of liquefying panniculitis associated with pancreatic cancer

报告 1例胰腺癌伴发液化性脂膜炎。患者男， 54岁。双下肢、手背反复发疹伴疼痛 2月，血、尿淀粉酶明显升高。经“善得定”治疗后，结节损害消退，血、尿淀粉酶下降，但患者 4月后死于胰腺癌。

A case of liquefying panniculitis associated with pancreatic cancer was reported. The patient was 54 years old man. There are some relapsing, painful subcutaneous nodules on both lower legs and dorsal aspect of hands for two months, the amylase both in blood and in urine was elevated. After treatment with sandostatin,the cutaneous lesions disappeared and the amylase in blood as well as in urine decreased. The patient died of pancreatic cancer four months later.
