文眉后致慢性肉芽肿反应2例

Chronic granuloma of eyebrows caused by tattooing: report of 2 cases

2例年轻女性患者行文眉手术后，文刺部瘙痒、脱屑、皮肤红斑、浸润、隆起，皮损组织病理检查提示异物肉芽肿改变。经联合外用和 (或 )口服皮质类固醇，及脉冲 Nd:YAG激光治疗，肉芽肿消退，文刺消失。

After tattooing on the eyebrows two young female patients developed itching, scaling, erythema and infiltration. Histopathogy showed chronic granulomatous change. Granuloma was cleared and tattoo was gone after combination of topical and(or) systemic corticosteroid treatment and Nd:YAG pulse laser therapy.
