随着我国社会政治、经济和文化的快速发展和高等教育改革的深入展开,高校学生工作受到了前所未有的冲击和挑战。传统高校学生工作模式已经难以适应新时期学生工作发展的需要,构建新型学生工作模式,成为新时期学生工作的应然之策。服务主导型模式坚持"以人为本"为理念,以服务学生工作为主导,以满足学生学习、工作、生活的需求为目标,以促进学生主体性发展为重点,将教育、管理、服务三者融为一体并贯穿于学生工作全过程,通过健全的服务系统、规范的服务管理、专业的服务队伍、高效便捷的服务方式,达到学生工作不断适应新形势、新任务、新要求的目的。

As along as the rapid development of the higher education reform of expansion and our country＇s social politics, economy, and culture, there are large impacts and challenges for university students work. The traditional university students＇ work mode has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of student work in the new period, and construct new students work mode emergency. Service leading model means the ＂people-oriented＂, to serve the students work as the leading work, in order to meet the students＇ study, work, life demand as the goal, to promote the development of students＇ subjectivity as the key point, the education, management, service are all connected and the student work throughout the whole process, through the perfect service system, standardized service management, professional service team, efficient and convenient service mode, achieve student work constantly adapt to the new situation and new tasks and new demands purpose.
