摘要
目的比较金属单环与吉妮节育环避孕效果。方法选择2008年7月—2011年6月在该所放置宫内节育环的育龄期女性348例作为研究对象,随机分为两组各174例。对照组放置金属单环,观察放置吉妮环,放环后随访12个月,比较两组节育环脱落率、移位率、月经异常发生率和妊娠率的差异。结果与对照组比较,观察组节育环脱落率、移位率、月经异常发生率和妊娠率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫内放置吉妮节育环可以取得比较满意的避孕效果,且不良反应较小,值得推广应用。
Objective To compare the contraceptive efficacy differences between single metal ring and Janine IUD, for future clin- ical reference. Methods Choose 348 patients of intrauterine contraceptive ring of women of childbearing age from Jul. 2008 to Jun. 2011 in our hospital as the object of study, were randomly divided into two groups with 174 patients each. The control group were placed single metal ring, the observation group placed Janine IUD. Followed up for 12 months, compared the difference of the two groups of IUD expulsion rate, displacement rate, abnormal menstruation and pregnancy rates. Results Compared with the control group, the IUD expulsion rate, displacement rate, abnormal menstruation and pregnancy rates of the observation group were all lower, with significant statistical difference（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Intrauterine contraceptive ring placed Janine IUD can obtain better effect of contraception, with fewer side effects, it is worthy of popularization and application.
