肋骨骨折患者应警惕继发性血胸

Be on Guard Against the Rib Fracture Complicated with Secondary Hemothorax

目的探讨诊断治疗肋骨骨折伴继发性血胸的临床经验。方法回顾性分析28例肋骨骨折并继发性血胸患者的发病原因及诊治经过。结果 28例肋骨骨折伴继发性血胸患者行胸腔闭式引流术20例,行胸腔穿刺8例;死亡1例,治愈27例。结论对患外伤性肋骨骨折病人应视病情酌情采取多轴位拍片,以防漏诊引起迟发继发性血胸,胸腔穿刺抽血或胸腔闭式引流治疗效果肯定。

Objective To summarized the clinical experience of diagnosis and treats the ribs fracture complicated with secondary hemothorax. Methods The pathogenesis and treatment of 28 cases of the rib fracture complicated with secondary hemothorax were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 28 cases of the rib fracture complicated with secondary hemothorax,closed thoracic drainage in 20 cases,thoracic puncture in 8 cases.27 patients were cured,1 patients died. Conclusion We should take muhiaxial position filming to patients with traumatic fractured ribs and avoid misdiagnosis caused by secondary hemothorax,and the pleural puncture hemospasia and closed thoracic drainage is an effective method to treat this disease.
