乳液聚合在油田开发应用中的研究进展

Progresses in Research of Emulsion Polymerization for Oilfield Exploitation

概述了乳液聚合的特点,对常用乳液聚合方法进行了分类介绍。综述了乳液聚合产品在油田开发中的应用,如钻井液处理剂、酸液稠化、堵水调剖及调驱、钻井防漏堵漏、油田固沙以及污水处理等方面的应用。探讨了乳液聚合产品在油田开发领域的不足和应用前景。为了满足开发深井超深井的需求,乳液聚合产品应具有良好的抗温、抗盐及力学性能。

The characteristics of emulsion polymerization were reviewed and different kinds of emulsion polymerization methods were described. The developments and applications of the emulsion polymerization in oilfield exploitation were emphasized, namely drilling fluid additives, acidic solution thickening, profile control by water plugging and flooding control, drilling leak-plugging, sand fixation and wastewater treatment. The shortcomings and prospects of the application of the emulsion polymerization in oilfield exploitation were discussed. To meet the requirements of exploiting deep well or ultra deep well, the emulsion polymerization products should be heat-resistant and salttolerant, and have good mechanical properties.
