摘要
对某难处理含碲尾渣中碲的回收工艺进行了研究,并探讨了浮选、重选和磁选联合工艺流程回收尾渣中碲的可行性。结果表明:尾渣经过一段磨矿和浮选-尾矿重选-重精磁选除杂,得到浮选和重选两种精矿,总精矿碲品位为1.65%、回收率45.97%;精矿产品可作为冶金原料进一步提取碲。
A tellurium recovery process from refractory tellurium-containing tailings was studied. The feasi-bility was discussed of tellurium recovery by the integrated process flowsheet of flotation, gravity separa- tion and magnetic separation. The results show that two types of concentrate from flotation and gravityseparation are obtained by one-stage grinding and flotation of raw tailings, gravity separation of flotation tailings, and magnetic separation of gravity-separation concentrate. The average tellurium grade of themixed concentrate is 1.65% ,and its total recovery is up to 45.97%. And the concentrate product can be used as metallurgical raw materials for further tellurium extraction.
