摘要
采用氢氧化钠对钼精矿中钼的浸出进行了试验研究,考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、钼精矿粒度、搅拌速度、氢氧化钠加入系数β(氢氧化钠与钼精矿质量比)和液固比对钼精矿中钼浸出率的影响,确定了采用氢氧化钠浸出钼精矿中钼的优化工艺参数。在浸出温度85℃,浸出时间90min,钼精矿的粒度小于0.1mm,搅拌速度450r/min,氢氧化钠加入系数β为1.2,液固比为4∶1的技术条件下,钼的平均浸出率为99.76%。该浸出工艺的研究,为难冶炼钼精矿的处理提供了可靠的技术参数。
Abstract. Experimental study was conducted on molybdenum leaching with NaOH from molybdenum con- centrate. The effects were investigated of leaching temperature and time, particle size of molybdenum con- centrate,stirring speed and the coefficient β (i. e. the mass ratio of NaOH to molybdenum concentrate), and liquid to solid ratio on molybdenum leaching rate. The optimal technical parameters of molybdenum leaching were also determined. The average molybdenum leaching rate is 99.76% from the molybdenum concentrate with particle size of less than 0. 1 ram,under the conditions of leaching for 90 rain at 85 ℃, stirring speed of 450 r/min,β value of 1.2,and liquid to solid ratio of 4:1. Study on the above leaching process provides reliable technical parameters for processing of refractory molybdenum concentrate.
