摘要
研究了添加TaC、Cr3C2和Mo对WC-Ni硬质合金组织结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经1 470℃/1h真空烧结所得WC-10Ni硬质合金的致密度约为99.39%,横向断裂强度为1 819 MPa,硬度为HRA85;适量添加Cr3C2、Mo和TaC硬质相的WC-Ni基合金,其晶粒组织明显细化,平均晶粒粒径为1.03~1.31μm,且强度和硬度均显著提高,横向断裂强度可达2 000MPa以上,硬度可达HRA90以上。
The effects of TaC, Cr3C2 and Mo additives on the microstructure and mechanical properties of WC-Ni cemented carbide were investigated. The results show that the relative density, transverse rupture strength and the hardness of WC-Ni prepared by vacuum sintering at 1 470 ℃/1 h are 99.39% ,1 819 MPa and HRA85,respectively. Proper addition of TaC,Cr3C2 and Mo hard phases to WC-Ni cemented carbide obviously results in finer grain structure, better strength and hardness with average grain size up to 1.03-1.31μm,and the transverse rupture strength is over 2 000 MPa with hardness over HRAg0.
