人参茎叶皂苷药理作用的研究进展

Research Progress of Pharmacology Effect About Ginsenosides from Stems and Leaves of Panax ginseng

人参的主要有效成分为人参皂苷,人参茎叶所含人参皂苷的药理作用与人参根皂苷基本相同,且总皂苷含量明显高于人参根。从人参茎叶皂苷对机体免疫功能、抗肿瘤抗衰老、抗菌抗病毒、护心护肝、抗脂质过氧化及高脂血症、促进细胞增殖、中枢神经系统、内分泌和呼吸系统等方面药理作用进行了综述。

The main active ingredients in P.. ginseng was ginsenosides, the pharmacology effect of ginsenosides in stems and leaves of P. ginseng was basically the same with that in the roots. Moreover, the content was significantly higher than the latter. The author reviewed the pharmacology effect of ginsenosides from stems and leaves of P. ginseng in the following aspects, such as immunological function, antineoplastic and anti-aging function, protecting heart and liver, anti-lipid peroxidation and hyperlipemia, promoting cell proliferation, central nervous system, endocrine and respiratory system.
