菊花总黄酮对凡纳滨对虾N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶的效应

摘要 为菊花在凡纳滨对虾健康养殖、疾病预防和饲料添加方面的开发利用提供参考,通过乙醇回流法提取菊花总黄酮,以提取物为效应物研究其对凡纳滨对虾N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAGase)活力的影响。结果表明:菊花总黄酮提取物对NAGase活力具有明显的抑制作用,其抑制作用属可逆的竞争型抑制,抑制常数KI为0.35mg/mL。 To provide references for healthy breeding and disease prevention of L. vannamei, exploitation and utilization of feed ingredients, the total flavanoids were extracted from Chrysanthemum by ethanol solution dilution methods, and the effects of extraction from Chrysanthemum on the activity of N- acetylglucosaminidase (NAGase) from L. vannamei were investigated. The result showed that the total flavanoids extraction from Chrysanthemum had significant inhibition effect on NAGase activity. It was competitive inhibitors and its inhibitory constant(K1) was 0.35 mg/mL.
