土地利用功能分类与评价研究进展

Review on Land Use Function Classification and Evaluation

为了顺应土地利用由外延扩展向内涵挖潜与外延扩展相结合的方向转化的趋势,针对土地利用功能分析与评价的研究逐渐增多。通过分析国内外学者对土地利用功能分析与评价的研究发现,现阶段土地利用功能的具体分类未能达成共识,对土地利用功能评价的相关研究仍以定性为主,未深入到定量阶段。综合现有研究,提出了土地利用功能分类与评价步骤。

For the sake of conforming to the tend of transformation from extension expanding to the combination of extension expanding and connotation exploiting, the analysis and evaluation of land use function risen and developed gradually. Through the analysis of foreign scholars＇ research, the author found that there was no common view, and the researches stayed at the period of qualitative investigation, but did not reach quantitative stage. Based on current researches, the classification and evaluation steps of land use function were proposed.
