摘要
目的:观察540 nm强脉冲光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的临床效果。方法:对46例面部毛细血管扩张症患者采用540 nm强脉冲光治疗,根据不同临床情况选择不同能量。结果:1、2、3、4、5次的治愈率分别是25.00%、38.46%、55.00%、71.43%、100.00%,有效率分别是50.00%、84.62%、90.00%、85.71%、100%。治疗次数越多,有效率越高。结论:540 nm强脉冲光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症安全有效。
Objective： To investigate the clinical treatment in patients with face telangiectasis by 540nm laser intense pulsed light. Methods： 46 patients with face telangiectasis were treated by 540nm IPL, different energy was chose according to severity. Results： After 1st, 2nd ,3rd ,4th,Sth treatment, the cure rate were respectively 25.00%,38.46%,55.00%,71.43%,100.00%, the efficiency rate were respectively 50.00%,84.62%,90.00%,85.71%,100%. The efficiency rate was positively related to treatment times. Conclusion： 540nm IPL was effective and safe for the treatment of face telangiectasis.
