摘要 目的探讨血清尿酸与高血压的关系,研究血清尿酸与年龄、肥胖、血糖和血脂交互作用对该关系的影响。方法以天津大港油田3318例常住居民为研究对象,将研究对象按血清尿酸水平四分位间距分成4组,调查其吸烟、饮酒、家族史等情况,测量血压、体质量,检测血糖、血脂和尿酸等指标,对相关数据进行统计分析。结果4组的年龄、血压、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)基本随尿酸水平增加而呈增高的趋势,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)随尿酸升高而降低;校正相关因素后,研究对象患高血压的OR值随血清尿酸水平的升高而升高。分层分析结果显示血清尿酸水平与LDL-C的交互作用对高血压患病的影响在LDL-C高水平组最显著(P=0.01)。结论血清尿酸与高血压相关联,血清尿酸与LDL-C交互作用可能影响这种关联性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and hypertension, and to evaluate the effects of interaction between serum uric acid and other risk factors on hypertension. Methods The total of 3 318 perma- nent residents in Tianjin Dagang oilfield were included in this study. All subjects were divided into four groups according to the serum uric acid quartiles. The related factors such as smoking, drinking and family history were investigated. Levels of blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), lipid and uric acid were detected and analyzed. Re- stilts The levels of age, blood pressure, BMI, FPG, serum total cholesterol, triacylglycerol and low density lipoprotein choles- terol (LDL-C) were increased with the increase in the level of serum uric acid, hut the level of high density lipoprotein choles- terol (HDL-C) was decreased with the increase in the level of uric acid. After adjustment for relevant factors, OR values of hy- pertension increased with the elevated uric acid levels. The effect of interaction between levels of uric acid and LDL-C was significantly higher in subjects with high levels of LDL-C (P = 0.01). Conclusion The elevated serum uric acid level was as- sociated with hypertension, which was affected by the interaction between serum uric acid and LDL-C.
