摘要
目的:评估携带不同C反应蛋白(+1059G>C)基因患者对牙周基础治疗的反应性。方法:选取新疆汉族慢性牙周炎患者43例,根据C反应蛋白(+1059G>C)基因分型。其中GG型37例,GC型4例,CC型2例,在口腔局部麻醉下接受完整的牙周龈上洁治和和龈下刮治手术。分别对治疗当日(基础浓度),治疗后第1天、第7天的C反应蛋白(CRP)血液浓度检测。根据患者携带CRP(+1059G>C)基因类型和其CRP血液浓度进行统计分析。结果:在第1天和第7天,CRP血液浓度在GG型和GC+CC型之间有差异(P<0.05);CRP血液浓度在GG型和CC型之间有差异(P<0.05)。结论:在同等的牙周手术刺激下,CRP基因CC型相对于GG型上调CRP水平不显著,与体内低水平CRP相关,可能是预防冠心病的基因。
Objective: To evaluate the reaction of periodontitis patients carrying different C--reactive protein geno- types (1059G〉 C) after the periodontal therapy. Methods: 43 cases of xinjiang Han people with chronic periodonti tis, which were classified based on C-reactive protein (+1059 G〉 C) genotype, including GG genetype 37 cases, GC genetype 4 cases, and CC genetype 2 cases, under oral local anesthesia, had undergone periodontal subgingival scaling and subgingival scaling surgery. And then they accepted consecutive CRP blood concentration detection on the treatment day (basic level), the 1st day and the 7th day. The data were statistically analyzed according to pa- tients carrying the CRP (+1059 G〉 C) gene type and CRP blood concentration. Results: The CRP blood concentra- tion between the GG and GC + CC genotype differs (P〈0.05) in 1 day and 7 days. The CRP blood concentration between the GG and CC genotype differs (P〈0.05) in 1 day and 7 days. Conclusion: Under the same stimulation of periodontal surgery, raised CRP levels of were CC genotype not significant compared to those of GG genotype. CC genotype was related to in vivo low level of CRP, which may be a preventive gene of coronary heart disease.
