莫沙必利对人胃黏膜上皮细胞的保护作用及其机制

摘要 胃肠道不良反应是阿司匹林预防心脑血管疾病面临的主要问题。有研究指出莫沙必利有胃黏膜保护作用。阿司匹林损伤人胃黏膜细胞的机制与细胞外信号调节激酶(extracellular signal-regulated kinase, ERK)有关。本研究将莫沙比利作用于被阿司匹林损伤的胃黏膜上皮细胞,测定其对磷酸化-ERK(p-ERK)1/2表达的影响,探讨莫沙比利对胃黏膜的保护机制是否与ERK传导通路有关。一。
