摘要
目的 建立兔两侧颈动脉移植同种带瓣血管模型。方法 成年新西兰兔 10只作为受体分 5组。 1个月龄的新西兰白兔 2 0只作为供体 ,取其主动脉带瓣血管 ,移植于受体的两侧颈动脉 ,术后 7、14、2 8、6 0、12 0d分别取出每组受体所移植的同种瓣并观察血流通常情况及有无血栓形成。结果 受体全部存活 ,10只成年兔的两侧颈动脉血流均通畅 ,大体标本无血栓形成。结论 此模型对动物损伤小 ,显露好 ,且双侧移植有利于分组间对比研究 ,有较好的研究应用价值。
Objective To establish the model of rabbit carotid artery transplantation homograft valved conduit.Methods Adult New Zealand white rabbits (n=10) as recipients were divided into 5 groups and one month age New Zealand white rabbits (n=20) served as donors. The homograft valved conduits harvested from the donors were transplanted into the bilateral aorto carotid in 10 recipients. The homografts were harvested from one group at 7, 14, 28, 60, 120 days after transplantation to examine blood flow and thrombus of homografts.Results All recipients survived. All blood flow of the homografts were unobstructed and no thrombus formed. Conclusion The model has less damage to animals and better operation field of vision.The bilateral aorto carotid transplantation was beneficial to the comparative study among the groups.
