滤泡树突状细胞的相关标志物 被引量：2

摘要 滤泡树突状细胞(follicular dendritic cell,FDC)是存在于淋巴滤泡中的一类抗原提呈细胞,在淋巴滤泡中形成网状结构,在许多反应性淋巴结病或淋巴造血系统肿瘤中可见FDC的增生。生发中心明暗区包含两种不同亚型的FDC,它们的形态和表型各不相同。免疫组化标记FDC不同标志物呈现不同的染色特征,这也许对反应性淋巴结病或淋巴造血系统肿瘤中增生的FDC种类区分有所帮助。
