气管内神经鞘瘤1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男性，56岁，因“间断性气短6个月，发现气管肿物2天”人院，患者卧位时气短加重，无咳嗽、咳痰、咯血，查体：气管居中。胸廓对称无畸形，双侧呼吸运动度均等；双侧触觉语颤无明显增强及减弱，双肺叩诊音清，听诊双肺呼吸音清晰，未闻及干、湿啰音。全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大。肺部多排CT所见：双侧胸廓对称，纵隔气管居中，
