数字成像和激光照像结肠双对比造影的评价

Evaluation of digital imaging and laser camera in double contrast examination of colon

目的 :探讨数字化X线机及激光照像机进行结肠造影的临床应用价值。方法 :2 0 0例病人进行了普通X线结肠双对比和应用数字化X线机图像后处理结肠双对比造影 ,对图像进行分析比较。结果 :普通X线机结肠造影 1 5例照片质量欠佳 ,而所有数字化成像激光打印图像清晰、对比度佳 ,细微结构显示清晰 ,并可动态观察结肠功能。结论 :数字化成像结肠双对比造影激光打印机图像技术明显优于普通成像双对比造影技术。

Objective:To describe the clinical applicable values of digital X-ray imaging and Laser Camera in double contrast examination of colon.Method:200 patients accepted common and digital double-Contrast examination of colon.The imagings of both techniques were analyzed and Compared.Results:The common images of 15 patients were not satisfactory and clear.All digital images were excellent in terms of clarity and contrast,besides,Microscopic Structures and dynamic function could also be studied if necessary.Conclusion:Techniques of digital X-ray imaging is superior to common imagings'. [
