ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对认知功能影响的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸是脑神经细胞膜的重要组成成分,能够调节多种神经递质的传递过程,同时能够降低神经元氧化应激和凋亡水平,促进海马区神经发生及长时程电位(Long term potential,LTP)形成,改善大脑海马功能,对维持正常的认知功能有着重要的作用[1-2]。
