摘要
为实现压铸模具的自动分模,提出了压铸模分型面混合设计方法。该方法结合了规则设计和实例推理技术。首先依据分型线的特征,对其进行分类。然后对平面分型线采用规则设计的方法生成分型面,对空间分型线需采用实例推理技术进行设计,并对实例推理中的关键技术进行了详细论述。最后以UG为开发平台,进行了压铸模分型面混合设计系统的开发,并进行了实例测试。结果表明,该系统是有效和实用的。
To achieve the automatic parting mould of die-casting mould, a new approach of the parting face hybrid design of die casting mould was introduced, which combined rules design with case-based reasoning (CBR) techniques. Firstly, parting lines were classified on the basis of their features. Secondly, flat parting line produced parting face by rule design. And spatial parting lines were designed adopting the CBR technology. The key techniques of CBR were discussed in detail. Finally, the hybrid design system of parting face of die-casting mould was developed based on UG developing platform, and case test was done. The test results show that the system is effective and practical.
