摘要 半连铸结晶器液位控制系统具有时变性和大滞后性等特点,其可控性复杂。传统的PID控制难以满足半连铸工艺和生产时况的需要。分析了半连铸结晶器控制系统组成和特点,比较了模糊自适应PID控制相与传统PID控制,并进行了控制器设计。matlab的仿真对比表明,模糊自适应PID具有更好的动态性和鲁棒性更适用于半连铸的生产要求。 The mold level control system of semi-continuous casting crystallizer has the characteristics of variability and lag, and the controllability is complex. Traditional PID control is difficult to satisfy the needs of the semi-continuous casting process and production. The components and characteristics of the semi-continuous casting control system were analyzed. The fuzzy adaptive PID control and the traditional PID control were compared, and the controller was designed. Comparison of matlab simulation shows that the fuzzy adaptive PID has better dynamic and robustness. It is more applicable to requirements of the semi-continuous casting production.
