摘要 运用DEFORM-3D软件对矩形方管空心铝型材的挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟分析,研究了6061铝合金矩形管平面分流模挤压过程金属的流动规律。给出了挤压成形过程中变形材料的流动速度、应力、应变、温度的分布,为该类产品在成形过程中提高加工精度、减少应力集中、延长模具的使用寿命等提供了依据。 The extrusion process of hollow aluminum profile with rectangular tube was numerically simulated with DEFORM-3D software. The flowing rule of extruding 6061 aluminum alloy profile with rectangular tube using porthole dies was researched. The distributions of flow speed, stress, strain and temperature of the deformation materials were given during the extrusion process,which provided a significant basis for this kinds of products in the forming process to reduce stress concentration, improve the machining accuracy and extend the service life of the die.
