摘要 由于楔橫轧的零件力学性能优良,广泛用于轧制普通轴。但是轧制齿轮轴的研究几乎空白。提出了齿轮范成法加工原理应用于楔横轧技术中而成形齿轮轴的工艺理论。使用DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟了楔横轧轧制渐开线直齿齿轮轴成形过程,获得了轧件的塑性等效应变、轧制力能、轮齿成形效果,分析了数值模拟结果。 Owing to the wedge cross rolling parts with good mechanical performance, its technology is widely used in ordinary rolling shaft. But there is almost no study about the rolling gear axle. The workmanship theory that the principle of gear generating cutting method is applied to the wedge cross rolling was proposed. The forming process of the wedge cross rolling involute gear axle was simulated with DEFORM-3 D finite element software. Plastic equivalent strain, rolling force and gear forming effect were acquired. The numerical simulation results were analysed.
