摘要
主要介绍了某车型转向支架温挤压成形工艺的数值模拟过程。结果表明,一次成形时挤压力很大,要求大设备;多次成形时挤压力则明显小很多,适用于小型设备。结果能为小型生产设备的企业提供一定的借鉴作用。
The numerical simulation process of the warm extrusion forming for a car steering bracket was mainly introduced. The results show that extrusion pressure is very big in one forming and the large equipment is required; while in multistep forming, extrusion force is obviously much smaller, which is suitable to small equipment. The results can provide the reference for the enterprise with small equipments.
