摘要
利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立了叶片终锻模型。通过三维有限元软件DEFORM-3D进行了叶片终锻过程数值模拟。分析了不同始锻温度、摩擦因子及上模下压速度对叶片终锻过程的影响,探究不同工艺参数下叶片终锻过程温度场的演变规律。
The model of the final forging blade was established by three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E. The process of the final forging blade was simulated with finite element soRware DEFORM-3D. The effects of different beginning forging temperature, friction factor and the upper die pressing speed on the final forging process of the blade were analyzed. The evolution rule of temperature field of final forging blade under different process parameters was researched.
