摘要
端盖是液压系统的关键零件之一,形状复杂,精度要求高,是典型的小型精锻零件。针对零件的精度和形位公差要求,介绍了该零件的精锻方案设计与锻造工艺分析。试生产结果表明,该零件的工艺设计合理。
The end cover is one of the key components of hydraulic system, and its shape is complex, while its precision demand is high. It is a typical small precision forging part. Aiming at requirements of parts accuracy, form and position tolerance, the forging scheme design and die forging process analysis were introduced. The results of trial production indicate that the process design of the part is reasonable.
