摘要
在液压胀形有折叠的变径管的基础上,采用试验和模拟方法研究了自由翻转过程。通过对中管形态、翻转圆角半径和壁厚的研究,得出了内、外径比与中管偏移量的线性关系,并通过控制内外径比和自由翻转模式可以使自由翻转达到最优化。
On the bases of hydraulic bulging of variable-diameter tube with folding, the free inversion process was studied by experiment and simulation method. By the study of middle tube shape, inversion fillet radius and wall thickness, a linear relationship between diameter ratio and the offset of the middle tube was obtained. And the free inversion can be optimized by controlling diameter ratio and mode of free inversion.
