摘要
超窄间隙焊接在对接焊中有独特优势。以焊剂带约束熔化极电孤超窄间隙焊接方法为工艺背景,研制了以STC12C5A60S2为控制核心,集显示、检测、调速和焊接启停等功能为一体的超窄间隙焊接控制系统,满足对焊接速度的随时调节,增大人机交流程度,克服焊接开始结束时虚焊短焊等缺点,提高间隙对接质量,实现焊接滑块准确停止,有利于自动焊接设备在实际工程中的应用。
Ultra-narrow gap welding has especial advantages in the butt welding. A control system of ultra-narrow gap welding, which can take ultra-narrow gap welding with arc-constricting flux strips as process background and STC12C5A60S2 as core controller, and integrates display, detecting, speed control and welding start-stop together were developed. It is able to regulate welding speed at any time, expand the level of man-machine communication, and overcome the shortcomings such as dry welding and lack of welding at the beginning of welding work and end, while it can improve the gap butt joint quality, realize accurate stop of welding slider, which is advantaged in the application of automatic welding equipments in practical engineering.
