摘要
压力容器的焊接质量非常重要。利用正态分布中产品质量特性值落在μ±3σ之间的概率为99.73%的3σ法理论,以Visual BASIC 6.0作为开发平台,以access数据库作为后台,建立均值标准差的压力容器焊接质量控制系统,经试用效果良好,有效保证了压力容器的焊接质量,为探索产品焊接质量控制提供了有益的帮助。
The welding quality of the pressure vessel is very important. By using the theory of 99.73% probability of the product quality characteristic values of normal distribution falling between μ-3σ and μ ±3σ, taking Visual BASIC 6.0 as development platform, using access database as background, the mean standard deviation welding quality control system of the pressure vesse was established. The good effect and welding quality of the pressure vessel after tria were obtained, which can provide useful help to explore methods for the product welding quality control.
