摘要
在对气伺服焊枪原理分析的基础上,进行了实例焊接,并与传统手动点焊方法进行比对。结果显示,利用气伺服焊枪,点焊质量得到了良好的控制,解决了传统点焊中出现的未熔合、熔核直径不足、剩余板厚不足等问题,合格率达到99%以上。
Based on the analysis of pneumatic servo gun principle, the real welding was carried out, then compared with the traditional manual spot welding method. The results show that the spot welding quality is well controlled by pneumatic servo gun. The traditional problems (such as lack of fusion, fusion diameter insufficient, residual thickness insufficient and so on) were solved, and the good welding spots percentage is more than 99%.
