摘要 介绍了铝合金点焊电极的烧损失效过程,并对该过程进行了试验分析。结果表明,在只考虑焊点强度而不考虑焊点表面质量的情况下,电极的烧损依次将经历三个烧损阶段,即初始烧损阶段、平稳烧损阶段、快速失效阶段。 The buming failure process of aluminum alloy spot welding electrode was introduced, and conducted an extensive analysis of the process was conducted. The results show that the electrode burning goes through three burning stage: the initial burning stage, the steady burning stage and the rapid failure stage, when don't consider the surface quality of solder joint but only consider the joint strength.
