Deformation Control Measures for Long Plate Parts in CNC Cutting

针对细长板条状零件数控切割会产生热变形的问题,讨论了其变形趋势,然后根据生产经验,总结出一系列控制细长板条件切割热变形的措施。可通过数控切割的割前准备、套料中零件的排版、切割路径及切割方向、切割过程三方面来控制细长板条的切割变形,保证零件切割后的尺寸。

Aiming at the problem that the long plate parts size can change in CNC cutting,and the tendency of deformation was analyzed. Based on the experience of production, some measures was adopted to control the deformation, including the preparation of cutting, composing, cutting process control and so on.
