摘要
从分子作用机制的角度出发,在分子水平上,分析探讨了采用不同材料及方法处理皮胶原纤维,对胶原纤维束和蛋白聚糖这一主要纤维间质影响的分子机制,揭示了皮胶原纤维分离松散过程中的分子行为特点,为找寻替代常规灰碱法分离松散皮胶原纤维的新型皮革化学品、设备装置以及开发出理想的鞣前准备清洁生产技术提供理论依据。
From the molecular mechanism point, the efficacy of several variants of chemicals and methods on the opening - up of collagen fibers and removing of proteoglycan were analyzed. The skin collagen molecular behavior during the opening - up pro- cedure was also revealed, which may further provide the theory basis and scientific evidence for searching for new leather chemi- cals, instruments and ideal clean technology of beamhouse process to substitute the conventional lime and sulfide liming.
