摘要
目的研究热处理对动物皮肤色素沉着的诱导作用,为其治疗白癜风提供科学依据。方法以正常棕黄色豚鼠皮肤为实验模型,用热处理、UVB,热处理混合UVB进行照射,分别采用肉眼评估、HE染色、多巴氧化酶染色、Masson-Fontana染色法、c-kit免疫组化研究其致色素沉着作用。结果肉眼观察和MF染色表明热处理能使豚鼠皮肤黑色素沉着明显增多,多巴氧化酶染色、c-kit免疫组化的结果表明热处理能明显增强豚鼠皮肤黑素细胞的功能和活性。结论热处理不仅能够增强体外培养的黑素细胞活性,也能增强活体动物皮肤黑素细胞的功能和活性。
Objective To analyzes the function of melanocytes and skin melanin pigmentation through active experiment, check whether heat have a positive impact on melanocytes. Methods Brown guinea pigs were used as the experiment subject, certain area of each guinea pig' s skin was irradiated with heat, UVB or Heat + UVB. Efficacy was evaluated at the end of the experiment by visual observation, HE staining, DOPA stai- ning, Masson-Fontana staining, immunohistochemistry to stain c-kit. Results After 4 weeks, 1 per day' s intervention of heat on guinea pigs' back skin, hyperpigmentation increased significantly, the function and activity of melanocytes were significantly enhanced. Conclusion Heat combined with exposuring UVB could enhance skin pigmentation most apparently, and activiate the function of melanocytes most significantly.
