摘要
患者男,15岁。胸壁皮肤包块3年,逐渐增大,能自行消退后复发多次,近一年半疼痛。皮损组织病理检查,B超均诊断为皮肤海绵状血管瘤,免疫组化CD34阳性,这种复发现象临床罕见。
A-15 year-old boy presented with mess on his chest skin for 3 years. The mess growed gradually and recurred many times. He felt pain in recent one and a half years. The diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma was established by histopathology examination and type-B ultrasonic. This was a rare recurrent in clinic.
