琥珀消石冲剂配用黄体酮治疗输尿管结石(附20例报告)

Treatment of SPESM with progesterone for ureteral stone (Report of 20 cases)

目的 :观察琥珀消石冲剂配用黄体酮治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法 :设立对照组和实验组 ,实验组 2 0例 ,采用琥珀消石冲剂配用黄体酮治疗直径≤ 1 0 mm的输尿管结石 ;对照组 1 8例 ,只口服琥珀消石冲剂。结果 :实验组总排石率高达 85.1 % ,与对照组总排石率 (53.0 % )比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :琥珀消石冲剂配用黄体酮能明显促进输尿管结石的排出。

Purpose:To observe the curative effect of succinite preventing and eliminating stone mixture(SPESM) with progesterone to treat ureteral stone.Methods:Experimental group and control group were established.In the experimental group,20 patients with ureteral stones(≤10 mm in diameter)were treated using SPESM matching with progesterone.In the control group,18 patients were treated with SPESE alone.Results:It was found that the stone passage rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group ( 85.1 %).There was statistical difference between two groups(P< 0.05 ).Conclusions:It′s suggested that SPESM in cooperation with progesterone is efficient in promoting ureteral stone passage.The mechanism of the stone passage was discussed.
