摘要
利用现代市场营销理论,以上海西郊国际农产品批发市场为例,提出了选择适合自身能力的营销体系,以满足目标买方市场不断变化的需求为经营目标,建立企业核心竞争力的差异化经营策略。这种差异化经营策略不仅对于上海西郊国际农产品批发市场的经营具有创新意义,而且对于我国农产品营销体系的建设也具有积极的现实意义。
By making use of the modern marketing theory and taking the international agricultural products wholesale market at the western suburbs of Shanghai, the article puts forward a marketing system suitable for its own capacity,business objectives to meet the changing requirement of buyers' market and differentiation business strategy to establish enterprisers core competitiveness. This kind of differentiation business strategy has not only an innovation significance for the international agricultural products wholesale market at the western suburbs but also a positive practical significance for construction of agricultural marketing systems in our country.
