水蜈蚣总生物碱的提取工艺

Technology of extracting total alkaloids from Kyllinga brevifolia

为研究水蜈蚣总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件,探讨了溶剂浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间和料液比对其总生物碱提取的影响,并采用正交法对提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明:最佳参数为乙醇浓度70%、时间1.5 h、料液比1:8(g:mL)、温度50℃,此条件下测得其总生物碱含量为0.879 mg/g。

In order to study the optimal technological conditions of extracting total alkaloids from K. brevifolia,the effects of solvent strength, temperature, duration and material-liquid ratio were in- vestigated on the extraction of total alkaloids, and the extraction process was optimized by using the orthogonal experimental method. The results showed that the optimal technological conditions were 70% of ethanol concentration,1 g ： 8 mL in material-liquid ratio and 1.5 h at 50 ℃ ,in which the content of total alkaloids could be up to 0. 879 mg/g.
